Position Title: Marketing and Commercial Manager

This role involves marketing and commercial development for the company's online operations, driving brand growth and revenue enhancement through floral courses, kit products, and cultural IP offerings.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's overall marketing and commercial strategy, supporting the sustained growth of online educational products and content-driven business. Optimise course offerings, content architecture, and commercial conversion pathways through data analysis and market feedback.
Contribute to brand content planning, assisting in translating Eastern aesthetic concepts and cultural elements into content expressions suitable for the UK and international markets
Assist in planning and executing seasonal, solar term-based, or culturally themed courses, content, and marketing campaigns
Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external resources across cultural contexts
Support the day-to-day operations and management of floral education, creative content, and lifestyle-related projects
Flexibly engage in diverse tasks across marketing, content, product, or operations as required by the company's developmental stage
Work a standard full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Cultural Creativity, or related fields
Demonstrable experience in marketing, business management, or digital operations
Familiarity with the business models of online education, content-driven products, or lifestyle brands
Strong data analysis and commercial judgement capabilities, with the ability to support business decisions through data-driven insights
Practical experience in floristry, horticulture, lifestyle or related creative fields, with a fundamental understanding of the floral industry and its market
Strong understanding and appreciation of Eastern design aesthetics and cultural context, with familiarity or knowledge of the 24 Solar Terms, Eastern concepts of time, and cultural expressions of nature and lifestyle
Preference given to candidates with multilingual communication skills, particularly bilingual Chinese-English proficiency, capable of effective cross-cultural communication
Experience within the education, cultural, or creative sectors is advantageous
Legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom
Competitive remuneration package: Annual salary £35,000–£42,000 (negotiable based on experience and capability)
